Overall, when taking on this project, I chose to imitate the style of designer Philippe Starck and design three lamp models over two different mediums, clay and tinkercad. I did this because Starck’s design style is unique and creative, and I thought that carrying those ideas to a different medium would benefit the outlook on lamps. I used tinkercad to utilize online 3D sculpting to create the products by combining various shapes. Regarding clay, I took advantage of the capabilities to create curves and different thicknesses and more unique shapes.
