Good afternoon HKIS! Only two more Top Tips for the year – this week we have a super quick Spartan workout of the day, how we can learn mindfully from relating to those older than us and finally, as the weather is HOT, a great, easy (and healthy) ice-cream recipe. Enjoy 🙂
1. Spartan Workout of the Day – Athleticism (this can be done on a treadmill or, if you are feeling adventurous, try it outside).
2. Extending ourselves beyond what is familiar by relating to people who are older than us can offer meaningful life lessons and character strengths – 5 Ways to Increase Resilience, Wisdom and Wellbeing.
3. Healthy Strawberry Banana Ice- Cream – all you need is 3 simple ingredients to make this delicious ice-cream (takes 5 mins).
